Dear Trevor,

Just a few words of thanks to you and your associates for the installation of the flood doors. As you are aware this has been a somewhat long journey for my wife and myself.

The process from measurement to choice of doors with options of colour, finish and fittings was clearly explained so selection was effected easily.

Once the works were agreed we both felt comfortable with the arrangements and that all the ends were tied up. We were kept informed of the progress and potential schedule and did not feel left hanging in the air at all.

It is appreciated that this type of activity is somewhat specialist and coordinating manufacture, supply and installation/aftercare can be challenging but we believe that it worked well.
